The Foundations Program is a core part of The Outreach Connection's mission built to provide the essential items and compassionate support that serve as the building blocks of a better tomorrow.
We take a holistic approach to care, recognizing that hardship affects every part of a person’s life; physically, mentally, and emotionally. That’s why the Foundations Program goes beyond meeting basic material needs. Yes, we provide food, hygiene products, and household essentials, but we also offer support for the whole person.
Whether someone is experiencing food insecurity, struggling with emotional stress, or simply feeling lost, our goal is to help ease the burden and walk alongside them as they regain stability. We believe that when people feel seen, heard, and supported, both physically and emotionally, they’re better equipped to build a stronger, healthier foundation for their future.
At TOC, the Foundations Programming is more than a service it’s a starting point for hope, healing, and lasting change.

It will host partner agencies offering direct services, as well as classes and workshops that promote wellness, personal growth, and life skills. This space serves as a hub for connection, education, and empowerment within our community.

Our Backpack Distribution Program provides students in need with brand-new backpacks with school supplies to help them start the school year with confidence. By easing the financial burden on families, we ensure that every child has the tools they need to succeed in the classroom — and beyond.
Our Pie Fundraiser is the sweetest way to give back this season, perfect in time for Thanksgiving!
Each pie you purchase supports our Client Choice Pantry, helping us make sure every family in our community can gather around a full table this holiday.
All pies are frozen and uncooked, ready to be baked in your oven.
